Directions

• Take 1 or 2 drops onto a handkerchief or your palm, and slowly inhale the aroma.

• Add 6-8 drops of the oil to water and diffuse using a diffuser.

• When used in the amounts listed above, you may apply to the skin or diffuse in a luxurious bath.

• When applying to the skin, use only as directed, and dilute when used topically (for example, when using the oil for a massage).
