Extended Warranty options are available for the Chi Machine, HotHouse, Advanced ERE and E-Power when purchase with machine(s) in the same order.
Unconditional 14-day Satisfaction Guarantee is on all devices except nutritional supplements. Supplements may only be returned within 14 days if the package is unopened. All returns require a RA number (Return Authorization number) from HTE Customer Service. All return items should be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation, promotional items and registration that belong to the product in re-selling condition. If these requirements are not met, a 15% restocking fee (30% restocking fee for any SOQI bed order) will be charged. Shipping and Handling fee is not refundable. All shipping cost is responsible by the customer.
Due to the Health Canada Medical Device Regulation, any sales to Canada must be ordered with the HTE Canada office. US Distributors are NOT permitted to sell HTE medical devices to people in Canada through the HTE USA office.
