Due to the pandemic, we have no choice but to temporarily close our L.A CSR office for the safety of HTE employees. - HTE’s factory in China was not significantly affected by the COVID-19, and it is now back to its normal work capacity. We currently have enough products in stock in the USA, and we expect to see no interruptions in product supply.
- Yes, shipping is still available at this time until further notice. We now ship on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
