In order to contain the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19 ), the new Los Angeles County Safer At Home Order amends the Los Angeles County Public Health Order and it now orders all workers of non-essential business to stay home immediately until April 19th, 2020 (please note that this date could be changed as necessary). In order to comply with the Safer At Home order, we have decided on the following new office policies:
(1) Communications and Customer Service
There will be no telephone support during this time. Please use the following means to contact us:

- Text Message: 626-420-4167 (for text messages or pictures only)
(2) Placing Orders (we strongly recommend using the online shopping cart.)

- Expect delay in shipping. Products will not ship immediately due to the Safer At Home order. Please email us if you have questions regarding the shipping date.
(3) Product Repair
- Repair service will not be available during this time. If you already have a Repair Number but haven’t shipped out the item yet, please DO NOT ship it back to HTE until further notice.
(4) Return and Exchange
- You can contact us to get a Return or Exchange number via Email. Our Customer Service will give you further instruction.
(5) Business Hours
- Monday to Friday, 9:00a.m – 5:00p.m Pacific Standard Time until further notice.
