Due to recent increase in package- stealing crime, both UPS and FedEx won’t cover financially for stolen delivered packages. We feel it’s necessary for HTE to offer the Delivery Signature Required options to our customers; therefore, please inform your customers that HTE will not be shipping product replacements for any stolen packages if the customer does not opt for the Adult Signature Required shipping service.
Costs of Adult Signature Required service (in addition to the shipping charges):
- One package (machine): $ 6.50
- Two packages (machines): $10.00
- Three packages (machines): $13.00
- Four packages (machines): $15.00
