Building the SOQI Best Team
For our HTE International Group in 2010, we took the same goal, same direction and same action plan, and fully promoted two main concepts; one was the SOQI Home Spa. This approach elevated the value of the brand and reinforced core competitive ability. We are applying these powerful concepts to generate consumer interest and focus on a unique selling point -“Open up first, then supply into”. The second concept is promoting the SOQI Best Team, which develops a group consensus and reinforces group sales forces.
What is the SOQI Best Team?
The SOQI Best Team is a team of individuals whom work together to carry out our mission of bringing Health, Wealth and Beauty into every family throughout the world through the SOQI Home Spa. Gratitude, gratefulness and being the architect of our own lives are some of the common traits shared by the SOQI Best Team! Furthermore, they are passionate, move forward bravely and unselfishly contribute and share the business opportunity with all of those around them. This team has excellent team members who are insistent, persistent and cooperative with each other. BEST is our acronym for the following:

The culture of HTE is based on the concept of LOVE. We are willing to voluntarily help everyone and better ourselves at the same time by having the right attitude. Believe in HTE, believe in our partners, believe in SOQI, and believe in our choices.
E: Enthusiasm
Enthusiasm is the power of moving forward, and is the fire behind teamwork. It is also the performance of personal qualities. Enthusiasm can release potential manpower and develop bold and iron-willed characters. A brave spirit pushes a man to perform extraordinarily.
S: Sacrifice
We believe that everyone has the potential to become a leader. Leadership comes from the contribution of unselfish people who are willing to communicate and share their thoughts and ideas with others. An outstanding leader never neglects responsibility and works together while learning from others.
T: Team
The substance of teamwork is a synergized spirit. Sincerity, honesty and respecting others are the basic elements to gaining trust and holding a team together.
