Body Profile
       Shape your Figure

Direction:
Squeeze a portion of the Body Profile onto the palms of your hands, and massage into the area you desire to tone or slim, after you awake and shower at night, twice daily. Body Profile is not oil, so there is no need to wipe it off of you. It will also quickly absorb into your skin, so there is no need to wash the area.

What you may notice:
You may notice a pattern of easier digestion and excretion, your stool may become softer, so there is no need for alarm, and this is healthy. Please also drink plenty of water and avoid simple sugars during the period of application.

RECOMMENDATIONS:

  • Avoid contact with the eyes.
  • For external use only.
  • If you feel a heat sensation or the skin turns red, this reaction is normal.
  • After using the Body Profile, wash your   hands.
     

Massage Technique:

 

Massage by lightly squeezing the muscles (10 times)

 
     
 

Massage neck thoroughly from the bottom to the top, (lightly)

 
     
 

Massage with thumbs along the base of your neck to the base of your skull.

 
     
   

Massage left shoulder with right palm from neck to shoulder (10 times)

 
     
 

Massage right shoulder with left palm from neck to shoulder (10 times)

 
     
 
     
 

Smear Body Profile from knees to lower legs, covering calves.
Pat should firmly to aid in Body Profile absorption.

 
     
 

Lightly massage upper portion of the knees.

 
     
 

Lightly massage the lower portion of the knees

 
     
 

Place knees together, firmly massage from your knees, sliding to your toes.

 
     
 

Pat lower legs with palms to aid Body Profile absorption.

 
     

Massage Technique:

 
   

Begin with your hands flat and press/slide your belly form top to bottom firmly.

 
   

Gently squeeze at your waste, lightly pulling the skin.

 
 

Massage upwards from your hips to your upper torso.

 
     
 
Smear Body Profile over abdomen, and massage lightly clockwise.  
 
Smear Body Profile over abdomen, and massage lightly clockwise  
     
 
Use your fingertips to press those spots deeply, and slide to bottom gently.
