How it work

A Home Party (H.P.) – SOQI Chi Spa Experience is a experience-marketing mode for your HTE business. If it is executed properly, it can bring you an opportunity to show your business to several people at once, sell some products and get your business off to a fast start.
This manual is designed for the individual or SOQI Workshop who has already begun to develop a New Home Party Model.
If you are like most people just starting a HTE networking business, during the coming days you will gain some experience retailing our Chi Machine, HotHouse, ERE or Nutritional Supplements and sponsoring some new distributors.
The fallowing information will help you to build a successful retail and recruiting model, and to translate these activities into substantial and consistence income through organizing and managing yourself and assisting your distributors in doing the same.

Guideline

*The applicant must purchase at least 1 SOQI Bed and have a certain place for displaying the SOQI Bed and doing demonstrations.

*Once the application passes the evaluation, the applicant can purchase the SOQI Workshop Package without purchasing the SOQI Bed again.

*Must host an MPI-Home Party every week, at least 2~3 Home Party every month.

* Every MP I – SOQI Chi Spa Experience must have 10 attendants and include at least 3~5 new prospects, but not more than 20 prospects in one MP I.

*The MPI-Home Party operation agenda must follow by company’s guidelines.

* If company approves the MPI SOQI Chi Spa Experience, HTE will supply the products for SOQI Chi Spa Experience. (Enzyme, Chi Formula and Body Profile, marketing materials) 

*HTE will assign staff to provide the necessary support and consultation. (It depends on the situation).

* Applicants will submit all the Home party review charts to the company.

* The team who has excellent performance in that month will be commended and rewarded.

Having a Home Party has some advantages. First of all, as a host you will have an opportunity to get to know your guest individually on a social level. Have a couple of your up lines during your Home Party is very helpful. Hopefully they can answer questions you might not know as a host. Also be able to help with promoting the products and supplements. Having a Home Party, you can demonstrate some of the products that HTE provides for a Home Party without having to use your own personal supply. During a Home Party you have the chance of discussing what they expect out of this business, whether it’s the products or the compensation plan. To help and show new recruits how to start their own Home Party by example. Whit my personal experience, having a Home Party is very useful.

Our Home Parties are a learning experience. We are sharpening our skills in maintaining order and conserving time and our own energy. Holding six parties in five weeks and one that turned out to be a ghost party, we discovered each team member’s strengths. Linda Metcalfe organized folders with literature, itemized all special offers with tax to compare net savings at a glance, made checklists of items needed, duty assignments, sign-in sheets, measurement sheets, and evaluations. Glenda is especially good with the physical set-up. D’Ann gives a testimony and runs the PowerPoint presentation. Maurine gets people to come.Distributors who attend must bring their equipment and ensure their invited guests are cared for.

As guests arrive, they are measured and immediately begin their 15 minutes with the ERE pads. The PowerPoint presentation is shown as soon as four people are using the ERE’s. Four people at a time are arranged on Chi Machines with HotHouses so their heads are on the outside and all feet together in the middle. Excitement is generated as slimming results are revealed. Home- party-only savings are announced.

Since one person gets to use the SOQI Spa table, the advantage of the SOQI table is readily seen, and sales follow. We have learned that we must be considerate of guests’ valuable time. They cannot fully consider a purchase when they are preoccupied with their need to be going, not to mention the energy being expended by the team when things drag on.

With home parties occurring in the area once or more per week, a distributor can almost always get their prospect to a home party demonstration somewhere. We usually include one or two of our down-line to give them experience. They are encouraged to bring their friends or family. Several have later gone ahead to have home parties of their own. If one or more of our down-line has someone interested, but doesn’t have enough for a party of their own, we will then combine them into a party.

We keep the atmosphere very relaxed with beverage and sometimes a snack available. If there are other distributors present, we have different ones explain and demonstrate the various pieces of equipment. Every one is sitting around in close proximity to each machine as it is being demonstrated. Several homes now have SOQI beds and they are always of great interest. Most of the time, the prospects at a home party are people we already know. Many times the testimonials from a friend that’s been helped are more powerful than one from a book or from some unknown. In addition, the business from home parties has been a significant part of our business in the past couple of months.

Overall, the Home Parties have been a great success. It brings great pleasure knowing that we are informing people through our presentations on how they can become healthier. We recommend that other distributors should try having them, nothing is better then spreading the message on how to be healthy with HTE’s great products, the financial rewards are just a bonus.

I work hard to motivate my group, and honestly, sometimes it’s a little hard to do. Since February of this year, I’ve been enrolled in the HTE Home Party Program and the results have been amazing! I started off with a few members from my organization helping me host the Home Parties. Now, more and more members from my group are helping me host, and some of the ones who started with me at the beginning are hosting Home Parties of their own. The incentives and support from HTE are helping me build a strong and prepared group of down-lines who, like me, are committed with the mission of HTE: Bring Health, Wealth and Beauty to every family in the world.
