Dear HTE Family,

Hsin Ten Enterprise is proudly to announce the promotion of Mr. Richard Chuang to Vice C.O.O. of H.T.E. Americas and General Manager of HTE Canada; effective on January 1st, 2010.

This new position will allow Mr. Richard Chuang to assist C.O.O. of HTE Americas, Mr. Richard Hsiao in the communication among the field leaders as well as promoting the SOQI Home Spa project. At the same time he will work with HTE USA, HTE México and HTE Canada teams by implementing HTE International Groups’ Missions.

We are confident that he will successfully lead HTE Americas teams to have a break through in the economic hard time and strengthen the presence of HTE as leader in the Health Industry.
