HTE USA - Company informations

It has been some changes for the usage of Product Vouchers which will be effective after the convention in San Francisco March 12, 2007:

The product vouchers are no longer available for the purchase of machines with the exception of those product vouchers issued before March 12, 2007.
The product vouchers may only be used for the purchase of marketing material and nutritional products.
This policy will be implemented in HTE CANADA at the same time.

** The Product Vouchers issued for winners of HTE International 18th Anniversary Convention will be excluded.

HTE reserves the right to alter or amend these promotions at any time at the discretion of the company.

Guidelines for the Use of Product Voucher:

All Product Vouchers will be sent out on the 20th of the following month after purchase.
The Product Vouchers are non-transferable.
All products purchased with the Product Voucher are no BVPs and no commission.
The Product Voucher is redeemable for a one-time, pre-tax purchase of $50 or more in the valid period.
The Product Vouchers is not redeemable for cash and cannot be applied to the tax or shipping & handling.
If the product purchased for qualifying the Product Voucher is returned, the Product Voucher will be void.
Can only purchase the product from the country where the voucher was issued.
The Product Voucher cannot use for machine repair and machine exchange.
One Product Voucher cannot be used for 2 different invoices.
The Product Voucher for the installment order will be issued after the last payment is made.
There will not be any monetary or credit returns for orders which are paid by the Product Vouchers in case of returns.

Home Party Program: This voucher can only be used for marketing material & nutritional products.
