It’s a real honor to receive this plaque, and I’m thrilled about it. I’m also very excited for my team of seven (7) Presidents as I see them becoming Pearls as well. The home parties and the distributor sponsor meetings helped me become a Pearl and it will help them, too. Perseverance is the key, so hang in there even when you’re moving as slow as a turtle, you CAN be successful. It’s taken me 8 years to get to this place.

When we were in Mexico 4 years ago with Kenny Lai, Vice President of Sales at HTE, the Supreme President’s Club was announced. I could visualize that someday I would be on stage as a Pearl. But more than that, I knew that it was only a matter of time before I would be on stage as a Crown.

I have a wonderful team - they are the reason that I became a Pearl. It’s been my privilege to host the conference calls for almost five years, and I’m very excited to announce that we are going to be having a lot of new guests/hosts on the conference calls as all of us continue to develop new markets and pursue our President goals. For those of you who haven’t been able to take advantage of this weekly training, I encourage you to call the HTE office in the country where you reside, and ask them how you can tap into top training sessions every single week.

Most of all, I want to thank God who has abundantly blessed us and HTE for providing opportunities to build incredible careers and incomes while working from home. I could still be a full-time mom while pursuing my dreams! I look forward to serving my team and the HTE family at large as I pursue Jade!
